Medical Volunteer:
Thank you for the interest in volunteering with our medical team. All medical volunteer positions (except medical student) must upload a copy of their valid medical license when registering to volunteer. As a medical volunteer you will be working with our Medical Director either at the main medical tent or on the course assisting race participants.
As a start line volunteer you will work with our start line staff opening & organizing the corrals. Each race participant is assigned a corral – once the corrals open you will be directing participants to the correct corral. When the race starts – the first corrals will start – other corrals will move closer to the start line. Additional corrals will be released every 2-3 minutes until all corrals have started the race.
As a volunteer at the Finish Line, you will help to set up cups of water & Nuun for race participants during the race. During the race you will be handing out cups of water & Nuun – and after the race you will be cleaning the area.
You will be meeting with our Course Operations team and they will station you at a location on the course where you will be directing & cheering on race participants. All Course Marshal’s should be at least 18 years of age.
